The Foam Puffer Jacket was created in my wearable art class at Umass Dartmouth. Using a thrifted jacket as the base, I glued on cut pieces of a foam roll to create this design, leaving holes in the arms for movement as well as a functional zipper and two pockets. The hood exists as its own element that can be removed. The oversized coat was finished with a layer of black spray paint and a dusting of white to emphasize the pattern of the foam.
